Return & Exchange Policy
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. You may take up to 30 days to return any item due to damages caused prior to receipt of goods. You may be asked to provide proof for any damage based return. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: any item that is personalised, unless returned for damages prior to reception of goods; (iii) you will be liable for any/all cost(s) of returns; (iv) upon returns all items will be inspected, if upon inspection the returned goods show any sign of use or damage, you may not be entitled to a refund. The extent of the damage will determine wether or not a refund will be issued.
When we receive a valid returns claim for damaged goods purchased from us, we will either refund the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us . We will pay for shipment of replaced products to customer and customer will be responsible for return shipment of the product to us.
